All of the Partners at Lions Capital have considerable experience in corporate finance and investment banking. They have participated in, and in many cases lead, public and private debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnering negotiations and initial public offerings and reverse mergers. The numbers of transactions across this spectrum of activity would number in the hundreds, and the total cumulative dollar value of these transactions is in the billions of dollars.

The principal focus of Lions Capital is to manage its venture funds and its principal goal is to achieve success in the funds it manages for its investors. These portfolio companies will often require more capital than we can provide, and they sometimes do not have the expertise needed to close a strategic partnership or complete an exit or going public transaction. Recognizing the considerable experience of the Lions team, a number of these companies have sought out the services of Lions, above and beyond the usual level of portfolio management and Board over-sight, to lead these activities.
