Lions Liquidity Investment Fund I is a venture capital limited partnership fund formed to purchase shares in promising technology and life science companies from existing shareholders.

Lions Capital is often presented with promising companies where there is an opportunity to purchase securities from existing shareholders seeking liquidity. Due to personal circumstances of the seller and/or the lack of an active trading market, these securities can often be purchased at a significant discount from fair market value.

The Advantage Funds managed by Lions Capital can only invest in treasury shares. Lions Capital formed the Lions Liquidity Investment Fund I to be able to take advantage of these "non-treasury" investment opportunities.
